Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscription” page within your account.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through that date.
• Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing period.
• We do not offer immediate cancellation with refund of unused time.

Refunds

• All subscription fees are non-refundable.
• We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, refunds for early cancellation, or refunds for unused features.
• Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of significant technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service.
